Abandon yourself to the flavors and aromas of our cuisine which recalls the Alghero, Sardinian and Mediterranean traditions in a modern and welcoming environment.

Our dishes, which are put together with consummate flair, really do embody the sun and sea of Sardinia: Oristano fish eggs and Monreale saffron, just-caught fish and seafood, free-range wild boar meat, strongly flavoured cheeses, Alghero cherry tomatoes, intensely fragrant aubergines and peppers, the wonderful aroma of myrtle.

Our staff of cooks, maître d’s and waiters will provide you with careful, rapid, cordial service to ensure that you savour the experience of dining with us.

There’s no better way to start each day of your holiday than being welcomed with a smile and a lavish buffet.

You will be utterly spoiled for choice thanks to the multitude of mouthwatering options: homemade pastries, cakes and croissants; fragrant, just-baked bread; milk and yoghurt; butter and cheeses; sausages; seasonal fresh fruit; honey, jams and marmalades; juices and coffee.

A wealth of delicious dishes in an extensive menu that changes every day.

When you sit down at the table, you will be able to choose from at least four starters and main courses – all prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients – that capture all the flavour and character of Sardinian cuisine.
Dishes on offer include: fresh carpaccio marinaded with lemon, refined fish ravioli, fresh-pasta lasagne served with wild-boar sugo, delicate pennette pasta with ray wings, a classic plate of spaghetti with fish eggs and clams, the unbeatable filet of tuna embellished with the flavours of the vegetable garden.

And that’s not to mention the rice, which is served in myriad taste and colour combinations: from classic seafood risotto to fresh and fragrant salad with chicken, cherry tomatoes and Sardinian saffron, as well as the very special Alghero paella, with squid and peppers.

For those who prefer a quick and tasty snack at lunch, we can offer delicious one-course meals, salads and focaccias, to be enjoyed as you sit on the terrace of our bar and take in the seaside panorama.

And to finish, you cannot fail to be won over by the tempting sweetmeats prepared on a daily basis by our pastry chef.

Delicious tarts, exquisite chilled desserts and fantastic spoon desserts, including the unsurpassable myrtle mousse, which is a firm favourite with our guests!
