General information and terms of business

Check-In and Check-Out
The rooms are available from 3pm
To get the rooms/suites ready and properly cleaned up for the following guests, same as when checked-in, we kindly ask to leave them within 11am

Reservation
Reservations are guaranteed only by payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay.

Cancellation conditions

Booking cancellations, late arrivals and early departures are always unwelcome for both parties.

In such circumstances, we will be forced to follow the cancellation / termination policy to the following extent:

• No penalty in case of cancellation before 30 days of the arrival date;
• In case of cancellation from 29 to 7 days before arrival we will be forced to withhold the confirmation deposit paid giving the possibility to recover it with another stay of equal or greater amount over 12 months or from 6 to 1 day before arrival, 30% penalty with no possibility of recovery;
• No Show, late arrival or in case of early departure the agreed amount must be paid in full.

Unused services, in particular meals not consumed, are not refundable.
With the payment of the deposit, the general booking conditions and in particular the cancellation conditions are considered understood and legally accepted in full.

Insurance
To avoid the loss of the confirmation deposit in case of cancellation (> 7 days before the arrival date) or the charge of the entire booked stay in case of no show, late arrival and / or early departure, we offer the possibility of take out a particular insurance through ALLIANZ (present on our site).

Deposit: bank transfer or by credit card Visa or Mastercard only.
Balance: cash (from 1 July 2020 the limit is 1,999 €), Visa, Mastercard.

Pets
For reasons of hygiene and health, pets are not allowed at the hotel.

City tax
The corresponding city tax for our Hotel is:
€ 4.00 per person per night from 01/04 to 30/09
€ 2.00 per person per night from 01/10 to 31/03
(children under 12 years exempt) for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
