How can I make a booking?

To book a stay at our hotel, you can choose from the following options:

  • make the booking directly using the instant booking service at the top of the page
  • fill out the booking request form and send it to us bye e-mail
  • send an e-mail with the details to the address booking@hotelportoconte.it
  • call +39-079942035 (and follow up the call with an e-mail)
What do I need to do to confirm the booking?

You need to pay a deposit equating to 30% of the total cost of the accommodation.
You can read our payment conditions on the request availability page.

Can we bring our pets with us?

Sorry, but for reasons of hygiene and health, pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Are there limitations on the use of the rooms?

For safety reasons, it is prohibited to use stoves or naked flames to cook in the guest rooms.

Is there a car park at the hotel that guests can use?

Yes, there is a large (unsupervised) car park within the grounds of the hotel.

Is there a play area for children?

Yes, within the pine forest there is a fully equipped play park for use by our younger guests.

Is it possible to reserve sun loungers and parasols on the beach?

Yes, we can reserve a beach umbrella to our customers with a supplement.

Does the hotel provide beach towels?

Yes, on request and for a small charge, we can supply beach towels for use on the beach or at the swimming pool.
The places are limited. This possibility can be confirmed at the front desk after verification.

What are the arrangements for breakfast?

A buffet breakfast is served from 7.30am until 10.00am. On offer will be a large selection of homemade cakes, pastries, fresh bread, dairy products, sausages, seasonal fresh fruit, conserves, juices and coffee to be consumed in the dining room (it is prohibited to take food away from the dining room or to consume it elsewhere).

What about the restaurant service?

Lunch and dinner are served at the dining table. The hours are as follows: 12.30pm to 2pm for lunch, and 7.30pm to 9pm for dinner.
Once you are seated, you can choose what to eat from the wide-ranging menu, which changes every day.

Is smoking permitted?

It is not permitted to smoke anywhere within the hotel (rooms, bathrooms, hallways, public areas, restaurant, lounge bar, etc.).
It is, however, permissible to smoke on the balconies and in any of the outdoor spaces, on condition that ash trays are used (even on the beach).

Are drinks included in the price of the accommodation?

No, all drinks consumed during meals or at the bar must be paid for separately.

Is it possible to bring in drinks that have been bought outside the hotel?

If you want to drink something that you have bought elsewhere on the terrace or in the lounge bar, restaurant or other public areas of the hotel, you are required to pay a corkage charge (the amount depends on the type of drink in question).

Is it possible to book visits and excursions at the hotel?

Yes, at the reception desk you can book numerous excursions to the local beauty spots and places of interest.
